Yoga is nowadays a mainstream phenomenon, but for many people it's just a synonym for a certain kind of physical exercise. The essence of Yoga has faded away. All these are however only welcomed side effects; it's just the beginning. Yoga is becoming healthy and whole - holy - to the core of our being. In this workshop we will explore accessible ways of realizing the depth of what Yoga can be. We will start with mindful physical movements and breathing exercises, and then go beyond into Yoga-Nidra deep relaxation and Mantra chanting.
